On peut aussi apercevoir ici et l\u00e0 des livres sur la cuisine fran\u00e7aise&#8230; en fran\u00e7ais. En effet, le chef Chanoh Lee n&rsquo;a rien oubli\u00e9 de son ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e \u00e0 Paris.<br \/>\nCar, c&rsquo;est en France qu&rsquo;il va d\u00e9couvrir la cuisine fran\u00e7aise. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Une v\u00e9ritable culture, j&rsquo;\u00e9tais impressionn\u00e9, choqu\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>. Il en apprendra les bases en tant que sous-chef de 2008 \u00e0 2009 au c\u0153ur du <a href=\"http:\/\/www.relaislouis13.fr\/\" target=\"_blank\">Relais Louis XIII<\/a> dans le 6\u00e8me arrondissement de la capitale.<br \/>\nAvant cela, Chanoh Lee a fait ses armes en Australie ; et, lui qui voulait pourtant percer dans le marketing, s&rsquo;est d\u00e9couvert un int\u00e9r\u00eat pour la cuisine. Dans la vie l&rsquo;homme \u00e0 la carrure impressionnante aime peindre, ce qui lui permet sans doute de porter un autre regard sur sa cuisine : <em>\u00ab\u00a0La cuisine est un art, et l&rsquo;art inspire ma cuisine\u00a0\u00bb, <\/em>affirme-t-il avec passion. Une passion de l&rsquo;art que Chanoh Lee diss\u00e9mine un peu partout puisqu&rsquo;il dessine lui-m\u00eame les menus du restaurant.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\tChanoh Lee a la cuisine fran\u00e7aise dans la peau et quand on lui demande s&rsquo;il fera un jour de la cuisine cor\u00e9enne traditionnelle, pas question pour l&rsquo;instant pour lui d&rsquo;ajouter la poudre de piment \u00e0 sa palette, &#8211; ce piment, ingr\u00e9dient pourtant embl\u00e9matique de la gastronomie cor\u00e9enne.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<blockquote>\n\t\t<em>\u00ab\u00a0Je m&rsquo;int\u00e9resse \u00e0 la cuisine traditionnelle cor\u00e9enne, mais pour l&rsquo;instant je ne souhaite pas utiliser la poudre de piment ou la sauce de soja dans ma cuisine. Selon moi, cela g\u00e2te le go\u00fbt des aliments\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em>\t<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\tDe la cuisine fran\u00e7aise pr\u00e9par\u00e9e par un chef cor\u00e9en, un pari gagnant pour Chanoh Lee qui revendique fi\u00e8rement sa singularit\u00e9.<br \/>\nPour lui, pour se d\u00e9marquer ici \u00e0 S\u00e9oul, un jeune chef se doit d&rsquo;avoir quelque chose de plus, une personnalit\u00e9. Depuis son ouverture au printemps 2015, son restaurant rencontre un v\u00e9ritable succ\u00e8s notamment aupr\u00e8s de cette jeunesse cor\u00e9enne aux envies de voyages gourmands.
