Pour parvenir \u00e0 ses fins, la Chine ne pourra pas \u00e9viter un ambitieux programme d&rsquo;infrastructures et de constructions. Mais il n&rsquo;est pas certain que cela soit suffisant pour absorber l&rsquo;exc\u00e9dent de l&rsquo;offre de nombreuses mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res dans le pays. Cons\u00e9quence, le charbon revient au centre du jeu et les importations de p\u00e9trole subissent une brusque hausse. <em>\u00ab\u00a0\u00c0 mesure que l&rsquo;Asie du Sud-Est se d\u00e9veloppe, elle rejoint le centre de la sc\u00e8ne [mondiale] de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie globale\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, note l&rsquo;International Energy Agency qui pr\u00e9voit en Asie du Sud-Est une augmentation de 80% de la demande \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique d&rsquo;ici \u00e0 2040.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<h2>Charbon chinois : consommation sous-\u00e9valu\u00e9e et sombres perspectives<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\t<a href=\"http:\/\/www.scmp.com\/business\/commodities\/article\/1874994\/chinas-coal-sector-set-suffer-more-economic-chills-year\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><em>South China Morning Post<\/em><\/strong><\/a> \u2013 Voici de quoi doucher l\u2019enthousiasme de la r\u00e9cente d\u00e9claration franco-chinoise sur le climat. Les statistiques du gouvernement de P\u00e9kin sur la consommation chinoise de charbon ont \u00e9t\u00e9 revues \u00e0 la hausse ce mercredi 4 novembre, apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 sous-\u00e9valu\u00e9es pendant des ann\u00e9es. Citant l\u2019AFP, le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.straitstimes.com\/asia\/east-asia\/china-raises-coal-use-figures-by-billions-of-tonnes-report\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Straits Times<\/em><\/a> indique ainsi qu\u2019en 2012, la Chine a consomm\u00e9 600 millions de tonnes de charbon de plus que ce qu\u2019elle avait annonc\u00e9 &#8211; soit 70 % de la consommation annuelle des Etats-Unis\u2026 Une r\u00e9v\u00e9lation qui rebat les cartes \u00e0 la veille de la COP21 : la responsabilit\u00e9 de la Chine dans les \u00e9missions mondiales de dioxyde de carbone est encore plus importante que pr\u00e9vue.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\tParadoxalement, ce n\u2019est pas pour autant que les perspectives \u00e9conomiques de la fili\u00e8re charbon sont au vert. Plus de soixante mines ferm\u00e9es dans la province de Shaanxi, principal lieu d&rsquo;extraction dans le pays, et des profits \u00e0 la baisse pour les producteurs : le charbon chinois n&rsquo;est pas au bout de ses peines car les analystes pr\u00e9disent une poursuite de la baisse des prix en raison notamment de la chute de la demande industrielle.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<h2>La Cor\u00e9e du Sud veut r\u00e9duire sa d\u00e9pendance au p\u00e9trole des monarchies du golfe<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\t<a href=\"http:\/\/www.koreatimes.co.kr\/www\/news\/biz\/2015\/11\/123_190136.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><em>Korea Times<\/em><\/strong><\/a> \u2013  Afin de r\u00e9duire sa d\u00e9pendance envers les importations de p\u00e9trole, la Cor\u00e9e du Sud a regard\u00e9 du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de ses sous-sols d\u00e8s les ann\u00e9es 1970. Ce qui a permis de mettre \u00e0 jour plusieurs sources de production p\u00e9trolif\u00e8re et \u00e9galement de gaz. Il ne s&rsquo;agit pas d&rsquo;une hausse de la consommation de ce m\u00e9tal largement utilis\u00e9 dans les secteurs de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie et de la construction. Les cours du cuivre ont v\u00e9cu \u00e0 la baisse ces six derniers mois, \u00e0 cause notamment du ralentissement de la croissance chinoise.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<h2>L\u2019industrie de l\u2019acier en Inde a besoin de r\u00e9formes<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\t<a href=\"http:\/\/www.indoasiancommodities.com\/2015\/10\/14\/indias-steel-industry-needs-transformational-reforms\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><em>Indo Asian Commodities<\/em><\/strong><\/a> \u2013 Les conditions moroses qui affectent le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019industrie de l\u2019acier en Inde ne pourront \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9es que si le gouvernement indien introduit un programme de r\u00e9formes visant \u00e0 transformer le secteur, plut\u00f4t que de se contenter des ajustements qui ont eu cours jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent. Principal soulagement pour le consommateur indien : le prix de d\u00e9tail de l&rsquo;huile de palme et des autres huiles comestibles est rest\u00e9 bas, du fait d&rsquo;une forte disponibilit\u00e9 des stocks sur le march\u00e9 mondial.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<h2>Indon\u00e9sie : booster la croissance avec le secteur maritime<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\t<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thejakartapost.com\/news\/2015\/11\/03\/rp-441-trillion-loans-disbursed-maritime-and-fisheries-sector.html\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><em>The Jakarta Post<\/em><\/strong><\/a> \u2013 En Indon\u00e9sie, l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 des services financiers (OJK) a mis en place un programme d\u2019action impliquant huit banques indon\u00e9siennes pour pr\u00eater pr\u00e8s de 325 millions de dollars au secteur de la p\u00eache. D\u2019ici d\u00e9cembre, le programme devrait atteindre les 600 millions de dollars. Baptis\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Jaring\u00a0\u00bb, qui signifie \u00ab\u00a0filets\u00a0\u00bb en indon\u00e9sien, le programme doit \u00e9tendre son action aupr\u00e8s de tout le secteur maritime indon\u00e9sien, incluant tous les acteurs du monde maritime.
