Apr\u00e8s la temp\u00eate <em>#MeToo <\/em>qui fait trembler une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 encore marqu\u00e9e par les traditions confuc\u00e9ennes, voici l&rsquo;effet <em>#PenceRule<\/em> &#8211; ou <em>\u00ab\u00a0r\u00e8gle Mike Pence\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, du nom du vice-pr\u00e9sident am\u00e9ricain. &#8211; De peur d\u2019\u00eatre accus\u00e9s de violences sexuelles au travail, certains hommes dans les entreprises cor\u00e9ennes auraient recours \u00e0 des solutions radicales : termin\u00e9es les sorties le soir avec les copines du boulot, finis les d\u00e9placements professionnels avec l\u2019autre sexe, les communications entre les femmes et les hommes seraient m\u00eames, dans certains cas, r\u00e9duites \u00e0 des \u00e9changes sur messageries.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\tC\u2019est \u00e9videmment le tr\u00e8s conservateur <a href=\"http:\/\/v.media.daum.net\/v\/20180307030732781?f=m&#038;from=mtop\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Choson Ilbo<\/em><\/a> qui pose la question : le mouvement <em>#MeToo<\/em> est-il en train de cr\u00e9er une nouvelle discrimination envers les femmes dans les entreprises en Cor\u00e9e du Sud ? Le quotidien sud-cor\u00e9en a men\u00e9 l\u2019enqu\u00eate. Certains hommes ont peur, affirme le journal. Ils seraient m\u00eame terrifi\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de poursuivre une relation de travail avec leurs coll\u00e8gues femmes.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<h2><em>\u00ab\u00a0R\u00e8gle Mike Pence\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\tCe suppos\u00e9 effet boomerang de <em>#BalanceTonPorc<\/em> aurait pour cons\u00e9quence la mise \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cart des femmes sur le mod\u00e8le de la r\u00e8gle dite <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/news\/post-nation\/wp\/2018\/02\/01\/for-men-in-the-metoo-era-the-mike-pence-rule-is-the-easy-way-out\/?utm_term=.7ab59900fa66\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><em>\u00ab\u00a0Mike Pence.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/a> Le vice-pr\u00e9sident am\u00e9ricain a fait le d\u00e9placement en Cor\u00e9e du Sud pour les Jeux Olympiques de Pyeongchang. Avec les femmes, Mike Pence dit observer une r\u00e8gle de conduite tr\u00e8s simple, du moins pendant les repas : <em>\u00ab\u00a0(il) ne d\u00eene jamais seul avec une femme, autre que (son) \u00e9pouse Karen.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> Sacr\u00e9 Mike ! Les t\u00eates \u00e0 t\u00eates se font donc d\u00e9sormais entre mecs, et les femmes pleurent, \u00e0 en croire le journal <em>Choson<\/em>. Voyages d\u2019affaires, diners professionnels, les hommes et les femmes en entreprise ne sont bien sous aucun rapport. On s\u2019\u00e9vite dans les d\u00eeners professionnels. On ne part plus ensemble en voyage d\u2019affaires.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\t<div class=\"bulle\">\n\t *Les Cor\u00e9ens utilisent environ 250 noms de famille. C\u2019est le pr\u00e9nom qui permet de savoir qui est qui ? <\/div> <em>\u00ab\u00a0Il est d\u00e9sormais demand\u00e9 aux femmes de rentrer \u00e0 la maison lorsque les coll\u00e8gues masculins sont de sortie le soir\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> affirme une employ\u00e9e qui t\u00e9moigne sans donner son pr\u00e9nom*. Autre r\u00e9cit, celui d\u2019une salari\u00e9e d\u2019une entreprise maritime qui n\u2019a plus de contact autre que par messages textes avec sa hi\u00e9rarchie. Son chef ne lui parle plus directement par crainte <em>\u00ab\u00a0d\u2019avoir des probl\u00e8mes\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> dit-il. C\u2019est enfin une jeune femme de 25 ans qui s\u2019inqui\u00e8te sur le site d\u2019information <em><a href=\"http:\/\/v.media.daum.net\/v\/20180307113444532?f=m\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">edaily<\/a><\/em>. Elle aussi ne confie que son nom. Elle sort d\u2019un entretien d\u2019embauche. Visiblement, cela ne s\u2019est pas tr\u00e8s bien pass\u00e9 : <em>\u00ab\u00a0On ne m\u2019a pas pos\u00e9 de questions sur mes comp\u00e9tences, mais uniquement sur mon avis concernant la discrimination envers les femmes au travail.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> \t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<h2>Confusion &#038; Confucius<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\tVenue d\u2019Hollywood, la d\u00e9flagration <em>#MeToo<\/em> touche \u00e0 tout les m\u00e9tiers en Cor\u00e9e du Sud. Elle fait tomber les magistrats, les metteurs en sc\u00e8nes, les hommes politiques. Le dernier qui en a fait les frais \u00e9tait gouverneur de la province de Chungcheong du Sud. Grande figure de la gauche, Ahn Hee-jung a annonc\u00e9 qu\u2019il quittait la vie politique apr\u00e8s avoir fait ses excuses \u00e0 son ex-secr\u00e9taire qui a <em>\u00ab\u00a0souffert \u00e0 cause de lui\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>. Quelques heures plus t\u00f4t, cette derni\u00e8re confiait en direct sur la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision JTBC, s\u2019\u00eatre fait violer \u00e0 quatre reprises par son patron lors de d\u00e9placements \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger. En Cor\u00e9e du Sud comme en Occident, la parole des femmes se lib\u00e8re. Mais, ici, elle lib\u00e8re peut-\u00eatre encore plus qu&rsquo;ailleurs.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\t<div class=\"bulle\">\n\t*Selon un rapport de Human Rights Watch, la Cor\u00e9e du Sud a elle aussi du chemin \u00e0 parcourir ; le harc\u00e8lement restant malheureusement consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme \u00ab\u00a0normal\u00a0\u00bb chez de nombreux m\u00e2les (lire <a href=\"https:\/\/asialyst.com\/fr\/2017\/11\/30\/me-too-etre-une-femme-en-asie\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">notre article<\/a>).<\/div>Dans un pays o\u00f9 le harc\u00e8lement sexuel est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 par certains comme <em>\u00ab\u00a0normal\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>*, le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne <em>#MeToo<\/em> suscite des r\u00e9actions \u00e9pidermiques. Souriez, vous vous sentez vis\u00e9 ! R\u00e9sultat : m\u00eame les \u00ab\u00a0agneaux\u00a0\u00bb voudraient couper les ponts avec l\u2019autre sexe. L&rsquo;id\u00e9e n\u2019est pourtant pas nouvelle. On la retrouve dans les pr\u00e9ceptes de Confucius : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Nam yo chil sae bu dong sok\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> disent les enseignements de Maitre Kong traduits en cor\u00e9en.
