Mais de nombreux Chinois font leurs emplettes dans les plus grands magasins de la capitale fran\u00e7aise sans m\u00eame faire le voyage. Pour cela, ils font appel \u00e0 des acheteurs vivant \u00e0 Paris : les <em>Daigou (\u4ee3\u8d2d)<\/em> (prononcer : ta\u00ef-kow). L\u2019une d\u2019entre elles, Jiajia, raconte les coulisses du m\u00e9tier.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\tJiajia est une Chinoise de 33 ans. Elle travaille comme cadre dans une grande entreprise \u00e0 la D\u00e9fense. En parall\u00e8le, \u00e0 raison d\u2019une \u00e0 deux heures par jour, pendant que ses enfants sont \u00e0 la cr\u00e8che, elle est <em>Daigou.<\/em> Ce terme chinois d\u00e9crit le m\u00e9tier d\u2019acheteur qu\u2019elle exerce \u00e0 Paris pour des personnes install\u00e9es en Chine. Ses clients cherchent essentiellement des produits de luxe mais aussi certaines denr\u00e9es alimentaires. Les yaourts et le lait en poudre pour b\u00e9b\u00e9, au c\u0153ur de nombreux scandales sanitaires en Chine, sont tr\u00e8s pris\u00e9s. Pour les produits de luxe, la d\u00e9taxe et la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019exclusivit\u00e9 en France motivent la demande.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\tLes clients sollicitent les <em>Daigou<\/em> via WeChat. Sur l&rsquo;application chinoise de messagerie instantan\u00e9e, ils peuvent envoyer les r\u00e9f\u00e9rences d\u00e9sir\u00e9es. Jiajia se rend alors dans les grands magasins parisiens, ou sollicite directement les vendeurs par messagerie, pour obtenir les photos et les prix. Si le client accepte, il paie l\u2019acheteur par une application de paiement en ligne telles que Alipay (li\u00e9 \u00e0 Alibaba), WePay (li\u00e9 \u00e0 Wechat), ou le syst\u00e8me bancaire UnionPay. <em>\u00ab\u00a0La commission d\u2019un Daigou est de l\u2019ordre de 10%, une fois pay\u00e9s les frais de livraison vers la Chine,<\/em> explique Jiajia. <em>Mais pour les produits tr\u00e8s chers ou les bons clients, il nous arrive de baisser notre marge.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<h2>\u00ab\u00a015 \u00e0 20 000 euros par an\u00a0\u00bb<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\tComme elle, des centaines de <em>Daigou<\/em> exercent \u00e0 Paris, mais aussi \u00e0 Londres, Sidney et dans toutes les grandes villes du monde. Ces Chinois sont \u00e9tudiants ou salari\u00e9s, et arrondissent leurs fins de mois avec cette activit\u00e9. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Un Daigou peut rapidement gagner 15 \u00e0 20 000 euros par an\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> affirme Jiajia. Mais les stars du secteur g\u00e9n\u00e8rent plusieurs centaines de milliers d\u2019euros de b\u00e9n\u00e9fices annuels et peuvent \u00eatre \u00e0 la t\u00eate de v\u00e9ritables entreprises informelles.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\tSi ce secteur est rentable, il est \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re de la l\u00e9galit\u00e9. Officiellement, rien n\u2019interdit d\u2019acheter un article en France pour l\u2019envoyer \u00e0 un ami en Chine. Dans les faits, cela s\u2019apparente souvent \u00e0 du commerce international masqu\u00e9. Le gouvernement chinois cherche ainsi \u00e0 juguler un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne qui le prive d\u2019importantes ressources douani\u00e8res. Par exemple, les taxes sur les produits import\u00e9s par voie postale ont augment\u00e9 (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 60% pour les montres). Pour contourner les sanctions douani\u00e8res, les <em>Daigou<\/em> font appel \u00e0 toute l\u2019ing\u00e9niosit\u00e9 chinoise dans les affaires. Les guides touristiques chinois sont mis \u00e0 contribution pour rapatrier les produits achet\u00e9s. Ces derniers, moyennant commission, r\u00e9partissent les achats du <em>Daigou<\/em> entre les voyageurs. Si jamais l\u2019un deux venait \u00e0 \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019a\u00e9roport, l\u2019usage veut que le guide rembourse la perte. En cas de non respect de cette norme des affaires, il perdrait toute cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 et donc la perspective de centaines, voire de milliers d\u2019euros de commission engrang\u00e9s \u00e0 chaque voyage.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<h2>\u00ab\u00a0Je suis blacklist\u00e9 chez Louis Vuitton\u00a0\u00bb<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\tCot\u00e9 fran\u00e7ais, ces activit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques \u00e9chappant \u00e0 toute fiscalit\u00e9 posent \u00e9galement probl\u00e8me. Les sommes qui passent sous le radar du fisc hexagonal sont consid\u00e9rables et nourrissent une \u00e9conomie informelle. Un <em>\u00ab\u00a0ma\u00eetre Daigou\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> a r\u00e9cemment sollicit\u00e9 de nombreux membres de la diaspora chinoise parisienne afin d&rsquo;acheter un appartement en esp\u00e8ces pour plusieurs centaines de milliers d\u2019euros.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\tDu cot\u00e9 des marques, le positionnement est plus ambigu. La plupart d\u2019entre elles cherchent \u00e0 filtrer le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne car il nuit directement aux revendeurs en Chine et donc \u00e0 la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 de la marque comme partenaire d\u2019affaires.<em> \u00ab\u00a0Je suis blacklist\u00e9 chez Louis Vuitton\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> confie Jiajia en baissant les yeux. La marque de luxe met en effet des <em>Daigou<\/em> sur liste noire en cas d\u2019acquisitions trop fr\u00e9quentes. Avec l\u2019enregistrement des passeports des acheteurs, n\u00e9cessaires pour demander une d\u00e9taxe, Chanel limite les achats \u00e0 un sac tous les deux mois. L\u00e0 encore, des solutions existent. Moyennant une somme de 20 \u00e0 30 euros, de nombreux touristes chinois sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 enregistrer les achats sous leur nom pour contourner les sanctions. Mais les marques ont surtout du mal \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les r\u00e9seaux de revendeurs. Pour augmenter les ventes de leurs magasins, ces derniers contactent sans complexe les <em>Daigou<\/em> pour leur proposer les nouveaut\u00e9s ou les inviter \u00e0 des ventes priv\u00e9es.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\tPour autant, tous les Chinois ne deviendront pas <em>Daigou.<\/em> Si les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices semblent attractifs au regard du risque limit\u00e9, le march\u00e9 de ces assistants shopping n\u2019en reste pas moins ferm\u00e9. Les clients chinois veulent s\u2019assurer de ne pas acheter de contrefa\u00e7ons. La confiance est donc un crit\u00e8re essentiel et la client\u00e8le reste longue \u00e0 cr\u00e9er. Naturellement, la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 des liens se trouve valoris\u00e9e. Les personnes pr\u00e9sentes durablement en France b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019un avantage ind\u00e9niable par rapport aux \u00e9tudiants ou aux voyageurs occasionnels.
