La fa\u00e7on dont Uber a \u00ab\u00a0attaqu\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb le secteur des taxis en est l&rsquo;arch\u00e9type. En Chine, au contraire, le num\u00e9rique n\u2019est pas <em>disruptif,<\/em> mais participe de la construction d\u2019une infrastructure consum\u00e9riste encore sous-d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e. Il constitue \u00e9galement un outil de gestion du \u00ab\u00a0capital social\u00a0\u00bb dans une culture confuc\u00e9enne valorisant les liens personnels <em>(guanxi)<\/em> comme vecteur d\u2019accomplissement et d\u2019harmonie.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<h2>La construction d\u2019une infrastructure consum\u00e9riste<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\tLe march\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur se structure autour de plateformes en ligne facilitant l\u2019appareillement (mise en relation de l\u2019offre et de la demande) ainsi que la fluidit\u00e9 des transactions, depuis le paiement jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la logistique, en passant par les m\u00e9canismes de notation sociale. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de consommation chinoise est donc par essence num\u00e9rique parce qu\u2019elle en est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment le r\u00e9sultat. \n<p>Au-del\u00e0 du commerce en ligne, Baidu, Alibaba, Tencent, ou encore Xiaomi, s\u2019attaquent \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des verticales de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 chinoise : finance, sant\u00e9, automobile, mobilit\u00e9 urbaine, m\u00e9dia, \u00e9ducation. Ce sont d\u00e8s lors de v\u00e9ritables conglom\u00e9rats qui \u00e9mergent de l\u2019oc\u00e9an des donn\u00e9es clients et d\u2019effets r\u00e9seaux massifs. <\/p>\n<p>Les chiffres du num\u00e9rique chinois donnent le vertige, dans ce pays aux 700 millions d&rsquo;internautes, le taux de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration d&rsquo;internet n&rsquo;est que de 50%, contre 84% aux \u00c9tats-Unis. Le r\u00e9servoir de croissance est donc immense. Les ventes au d\u00e9tail sur Internet sont pass\u00e9es entre 2012 et 2015 de 6,3 % \u00e0 12,9 % du total des ventes. D&rsquo;ici 2020, 40 % des transactions de d\u00e9tail d&rsquo;effectueront sur Internet. Quant aux ventes en ligne par smartphone, leur part devrait atteindre 73,8 % en 2018.\t<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<h2>WeChat comme interface conversationnelle du quotidien<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\tA l\u2019abri d\u2019une grande muraille \u00e9lectronique <em>(\u00ab\u00a0great firewall\u00a0\u00bb)<\/em> et d&rsquo;une r\u00e9glementation protectionniste, se sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es des interfaces utilisateurs et des mod\u00e8les d\u2019affaires sans \u00e9quivalent dans le monde. Dans ces Gal\u00e1pagos du num\u00e9rique, la cr\u00e9ature la plus \u00e9trange est sans conteste l\u2019application mobile WeChat. Avec plus de 800 millions d\u2019utilisateurs, c\u2019est tout \u00e0 la fois une messagerie instantan\u00e9e, un r\u00e9seau social et une plateforme e-commerce int\u00e9grant paiement et services \u00e0 la demande. V\u00e9ritable couteau suisse num\u00e9rique, on peut y passer ses journ\u00e9es en ligne sans avoir \u00e0 s\u2019aventurer sur d\u2019autres sites. Plus que la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 des services propos\u00e9s, c\u2019est leur concentration dans une seule application mobile qui fait de WeChat une interface unique au monde. \n<p>L\u2019ampleur du ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne WeChat s\u2019explique par la pr\u00e9gnance du lien social dans la culture confuc\u00e9enne. Au contraire de l\u2019Occident, la r\u00e9ussite \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 la chinoise\u00a0\u00bb ne r\u00e9side pas dans l\u2019accomplissement personnel (pyramide de Maslow) mais dans la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 cr\u00e9er du lien et \u00e0 contribuer au maintien de l\u2019ordre social et \u00e9conomique (Edwin C. Nevis). Les r\u00e9seaux d\u2019influence <em>(guanxi)<\/em> constituent ainsi l\u2019ossature du syst\u00e8me social chinois. Dans une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sans filet public de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale, faire jouer ses relations joue le r\u00f4le d&rsquo;amortisseur contre les chocs de la vie. WeChat, telle la navette du tisserand, a donc pour objet de tisser sa toile relationnelle plut\u00f4t que de g\u00e9rer son image \u00e9gotique (au contraire de Facebook ou de Twitter).\t<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<h2>Constitution d\u2019une base de donn\u00e9es des intentions<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\tPar la monopolisation de l\u2019ensemble des usages mobiles, WeChat atteint une granularit\u00e9 des points de donn\u00e9es clients constituant un capital immat\u00e9riel sans \u00e9quivalent. Se constitue progressivement une vaste base de donn\u00e9es des d\u00e9sirs, besoins et sentiments de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 chinoise qui peuvent \u00eatre scrut\u00e9s, analys\u00e9s et exploit\u00e9s \u00e0 des fins commerciales. Cette \u00ab\u00a0base de donn\u00e9es des intentions\u00a0\u00bb (un concept initi\u00e9 par John Battelle) est structur\u00e9e en quatre domaines cl\u00e9s et quatre signaux:\n<p>\u2022\tLa requ\u00eate : \u00ab\u00a0Ce que je veux\u00a0\u00bb<br \/>\n\u2022\tLe graphe social : \u00ab\u00a0Qui je suis \/ Qui je connais\u00a0\u00bb<br \/>\n\u2022\tLa mise \u00e0 jour du statut personnel : \u00ab\u00a0Ce que je fais \/ ce qui se passe\u00a0\u00bb<br \/>\n\u2022\tLe <em>check-in<\/em> : \u00ab\u00a0O\u00f9 je suis\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>La base de donn\u00e9es des intentions est le nouveau carburant qui alimente les mod\u00e8les d\u2019affaires num\u00e9riques. L&rsquo;innovation repose d\u00e9sormais sur la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 valoriser les interactions avec le \u00ab\u00a0consomm&rsquo;acteur\u00a0\u00bb pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience.\t<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<h2>Une \u00e9conomie de l\u2018exp\u00e9rience<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\t<div class=\"bulle\">\n\t*<em>Client relation management<\/em> : gestion de la relation client<\/div>Dans ce contexte, l\u2019avantage concurrentiel se d\u00e9place en aval de la cha\u00eene de valeur : il ne s\u2019agit plus de produire des biens ou des services mais de collecter, exploiter et g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des interactions clients. Les chaines de valeur se synchronisent aux rythmes du v\u00e9cu pour offrir des services contextualis\u00e9s. Nulle part ailleurs qu\u2019en Chine, le num\u00e9rique n\u2019est aussi fortement orient\u00e9 vers les services \u00e0 la demande (le O2O pour Online To Offline) : taxi, traiteurs, pressing, promenades de chiens, toutes les prestations sont \u00e0 port\u00e9e de clic. C\u2019est la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 capter et ma\u00eetriser l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client qui est d\u00e9sormais valoris\u00e9e.
