Cette ville portuaire au sud de Tokyo \u00e9tait le point d\u2019arriv\u00e9e des immigrants chinois de l&rsquo;\u00e9poque.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\tA la suite de la Seconde Guerre Mondiale, les <em>r\u0101men<\/em> deviennent tr\u00e8s populaires au Japon. C\u2019est en effet un plat tr\u00e8s nourrissant et \u00e0 un prix plus qu&rsquo;abordable, ce qui est non n\u00e9gligeable en cette complexe p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-guerre.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\tAu Japon, les <em>r\u0101men<\/em> sont plus vari\u00e9es qu&rsquo;en Chine. Ce plat peut \u00eatre \u00e0 base de poissons ou de viande (principalement du porc). Et le tout accompagn\u00e9 de <em>dashi<\/em> : ce fameux bouillon japonais \u00e0 base de poisson (le konbu) et de bonite s\u00e9ch\u00e9e. Selon l&rsquo;endroit o\u00f9 vous vous trouvez au Japon, tout peut changer : le bouillon, la garniture, le type de nouilles, etc. Il y en a pour tous les go\u00fbts !\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\tOsaka ne d\u00e9roge pas \u00e0 la r\u00e8gle et regorge de restaurants de <em>r\u0101men<\/em> appel\u00e9s <em>yatai<\/em>. L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe d&rsquo;Osaka Kitchen s&rsquo;est rendue dans l&rsquo;un d&rsquo;entre eux situ\u00e9 non loin du march\u00e9 tr\u00e8s r\u00e9put\u00e9 de Kuromon.
