(Cr\u00e9dit : D.R.).        <\/div>\n      <\/figcaption>\n    <\/figure>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\tDe nos jours, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.wechat.com\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\">WeChat<\/a> est la plus importante application de messagerie instantan\u00e9e avec plus de 600 millions de comptes enregistr\u00e9s et 400 millions d\u2019utilisateurs actifs par mois. \n<p>L\u2019application jouit d&rsquo;une place tr\u00e8s importante dans la vie de la population chinoise. En effet, ces derniers sont totalement \u00ab\u00a0fous\u00a0\u00bb de leur smartphone et tours en recherche d&rsquo;authenticit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;innovation lorsqu\u2019ils parcourent leur plate-forme pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est pourquoi, l\u2019application mobile proposent aujourd\u2019hui beaucoup de services annexes et offre plus de confort et de divertissement aux utilisateurs tels que \u00ab\u00a0WeChat wallet\u00a0\u00bb (un portefeuille \u00e9lectronique), \u00ab\u00a0WeChat payment\u00a0\u00bb (un service de paiement en ligne), \u00ab\u00a0WeChat moment\u00a0\u00bb (un r\u00e9seau social de partage), des applications et des jeux.<\/p>\n<p>Aussi, ces fonctionnalit\u00e9s permettent aux compagnies &#8211; chinoises comme \u00e9trang\u00e8res &#8211; de promouvoir leur marque en lan\u00e7ant des campagnes, en organisant des \u00e9v\u00e9nements, en publiant des articles ou en pla\u00e7ant des publicit\u00e9s attractives.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, les utilisateurs chinois ne sont pas les seuls \u00e0 \u00eatre \u00ab\u00a0fous\u00a0\u00bb de l\u2019application mobile. En effet, la Chine accueille aujourd\u2019hui plus de 800 000 expatri\u00e9s cor\u00e9ens, am\u00e9ricains, japonais, fran\u00e7ais et bien plus encore qui ont ceci en commun d&rsquo;avoir tous t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9s WeChat !<\/p>\n<p>Et des sondages sont souvent r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sur l&rsquo;utilisation de l&rsquo;application par les uns et les autres &#8211; les chinois et les \u00e9trangers expatri\u00e9s. Selon ces sondages, la premi\u00e8re chose \u00e0 noter concernant l&rsquo;usage des expatri\u00e9s, c&rsquo;est que leur situation g\u00e9ographique influe sur l\u2019utilisation qu\u2019ils ont de l\u2019application.<\/p>\n<p>Egalement, autre point d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat : alors que la communaut\u00e9 d\u2019expatri\u00e9s sur WeChat est plus faible que les chinois, la coh\u00e9sion entre les \u00e9trangers est plus forte au sein de ce \u00ab\u00a0petit groupe\u00a0\u00bb car ils se soutiennent mutuellement pour leur \u00e9panouissement en Chine. <\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9trangers qui viennent vivre en Chine sont principalement concentr\u00e9s dans les grandes villes : \u00e0 Guangzhou (Canton) avec 235 000 d\u2019expatri\u00e9s, Shanghai qui vient juste apr\u00e8s et accueille 209 000 de personnes puis P\u00e9kin avec 107 000. Cette fr\u00e9quence de partage est aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9e qu\u2019\u00e0 Chengdu (dans la province du Sichuan) et cela alors que la ville ne figure m\u00eame pas au classement des destinations favorites des expatri\u00e9s avec seulement 8 % de pr\u00e9sence \u00e9trang\u00e8re. D\u2019ailleurs, \u00e0 Guangzhou, ils sont plus de 50 % \u00e0 adorer les publications sur \u00ab\u00a0WeChat moment\u00a0\u00bb. Chengdu n\u2019est pas si loin avec environ 30 % d\u2019expatri\u00e9s qui lisent ces posts compar\u00e9s \u00e0 ceux de Shanghai et P\u00e9kin dont le taux est moins \u00e9lev\u00e9, inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 25 %.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\t<strong>Publications entre amis<\/strong>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\tMais la diff\u00e9rence n&rsquo;est pas que dans la lecture ou le partage. Ainsi, alors que les expatri\u00e9s de P\u00e9kin ne lisent pas les \u201cmoment\u201d de n\u2019importe qui (contrairement au r\u00e9seau social Facebook par exemple) mais uniquement ceux de leurs amis qu&rsquo;ils n\u2019h\u00e9sitent pas \u00e0 commenter, partager ; \u00e0 Shanghai, les \u00ab\u00a0WeChat moment\u00a0\u00bb des amis n\u2019ont pas beaucoup de succ\u00e8s. En effet, la majorit\u00e9 des expatri\u00e9s ne semblent pas pr\u00eater attention \u00e0 ce qui se partage dans leur communaut\u00e9.\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, ces diff\u00e9rents sondages montrent plusieurs types d\u2019utilisations de WeChat en fonction des expatri\u00e9s en Chine ; informations qu&rsquo;il faut bien entendu mettre en miroir avec les utilisations des chinois. Ces derniers <a href=\"http:\/\/seoagencychina.com\/wechat-social-media-agency-in-china-shanghai\/\" target=\"_blank\">utilisent bien \u00e9videmment d\u2019avantage toutes les fonctions que WeChat propose<\/a> car ils sont tr\u00e8s connect\u00e9s et surtout car &#8211; logiquement &#8211; ils ont un plus vaste r\u00e9seau d\u2019amis. Ils peuvent alors discuter et partager avec une plus large communaut\u00e9. De m\u00eame, les utilisateurs \u00e9trangers ne sont pas au courant de tous les aspects de WeChat tels que les comptes des marques dont ils peuvent faire partie, les programmes de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9s, ou encore le syst\u00e8me du QR code\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Mais, les expatri\u00e9s ne sont pas les seuls \u00e9trangers \u00e0 \u00eatre int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par WeChat. En effet, beaucoup d\u2019entreprises \u00e9trang\u00e8res saisissent les opportunit\u00e9s offertes par l\u2019application dans le but de d\u00e9marrer leur activit\u00e9, en promouvant une campagne ou en organisant des \u00e9v\u00e9nements pour l\u2019ouverture d\u2019un magasin.
