(Cr\u00e9dit : Wu jun \/ Imaginechina \/ AFP).        <\/div>\n      <\/figcaption>\n    <\/figure>\n  <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\tLorsque je suis arriv\u00e9e en Chine, il y a plus de 10 ans, comme \u00ab\u00a0editor\u00a0\u00bb pour une agence de presse \u00e9conomique, je devais participer \u00e0 former de jeunes journalistes chinois, qui de fait n\u2019avaient aucune id\u00e9e de ce qu\u2019\u00e9crire une d\u00e9p\u00eache pouvait bien vouloir dire. \n<p>Toute fraichement sortie d\u2019une \u00e9cole de journalisme, j\u2019ai appliqu\u00e9 sur le terrain tout ce qu\u2019on m\u2019avait appris sur papier, soit : une information devant aux questions \u00ab\u00a0qui-quoi-comment-o\u00f9\u00a0\u00bb, appuy\u00e9 par une citation. <\/p>\n<p>Evidemment je ne suis pas arriv\u00e9e \u00e0 grand-chose mis \u00e0 part beaucoup d\u2019\u00e9nervement.<br \/>\nEt j\u2019ai fait en temps record tous les faux-pas culturels pour finalement me retrouver face \u00e0 des coll\u00e8gues qui refusaient tout simplement de collaborer.<\/p>\n<p>Avec le recul, je me rends compte que je n\u2019aurai pas pu plus mal m\u2019y prendre. <\/p>\n<p>Encore aujourd\u2019hui alors que les \u00e9quipes se sont internationalis\u00e9es en Chine, j\u2019entends souvent des cadres de grandes entreprises pr\u00e9sentes en Chine me dire : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Je ne comprends pas, toute mon \u00e9quipe chinoise vient de Harvard et pourtant aucun ne sait prendre une vraie d\u00e9cision\u2026\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>.<br \/>\nComme si le simple fait de franchir l\u2019Atlantique allait gommer des ann\u00e9es d\u2019\u00e9ducation marxiste chinoise !<\/p>\n<p>La question des conflits interculturels au sein des entreprises me semble d\u2019autant plus d\u2019actualit\u00e9 lorsqu\u2019on voit que ce sont d\u00e9sormais <a href=\"http:\/\/www.worldfinancialreview.com\/?p=212\" target=\"_blank\">les entreprises chinoises qui franchissent les fronti\u00e8res<\/a>.<br \/>\nLes fusions et acquisitions entre groupes chinois et am\u00e9ricains\/europ\u00e9ens n\u2019ont jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 aussi importantes.<br \/>\nTout comme les entreprises \u00e9trang\u00e8res ont d\u00fb tant bien que mal s\u2019adapter \u00e0 la Chine, c\u2019est <a href=\"http:\/\/web.uri.edu\/iaics\/files\/02-Ling-Chen-Kat-Cheung.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">au tour des entreprises chinoises de s\u2019adapter \u00e0 un environnement de travail culturellement \u00e0 l\u2019oppos\u00e9 du leur<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>Ce que j\u2019ai pu apprendre des grandes fusions et acquisitions chinoises des derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es tend \u00e0 confirmer que les succ\u00e8s sont rares.<\/p>\n<p>La liste des conflits potentiels dans une \u00e9quipe ou entreprise interculturelle est in\u00e9puisable et il n\u2019y pas de recette miracle. Cependant l\u2019\u00e9chec et les frustrations qui s\u2019en suivent ne sont pas in\u00e9luctables.<\/p>\n<p>Mais pour cela, il faut tout d&rsquo;abord \u00eatre pr\u00eat \u00e0 aborder le probl\u00e8me et \u00e0 s\u2019investir.<\/p>\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement cela veut dire accepter que, oui, il y aura des conflits, des points de vues divergents, des frustrations ; mais que pr\u00e9par\u00e9es en amont ces <a href=\"https:\/\/hbr.org\/2014\/09\/predict-cultural-conflicts-on-your-team\" target=\"_blank\">zones de conflits peuvent devenir des zones de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 o\u00f9 chaque individu grandit en acceptant l\u2019autre<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>Un peu comme si 2+2 = 5. <\/p>\n<p>Cela demande un peu d\u2019effort et de temps, mais les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices pour l\u2019entreprise et les membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe sont ind\u00e9niables.<\/p>\n<p>Voici une liste d\u2019outils pratiques et facile \u00e0 appliquer :<br \/>\n&#8211; prendre le temps de d\u00e9limiter des valeurs communes, de cr\u00e9er un protocole en cas de conflit ;<br \/>\n&#8211; apprendre \u00e0 se conna\u00eetre pour mieux appr\u00e9hender l\u2019autre sans jugement et bien comprendre points de convergence et divergence culturels.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, avec du recul je me dis que plut\u00f4t que de plaquer ma vision du monde et de journaliste issue d\u2019un pays d\u00e9mocratique sur mes coll\u00e8gues chinois, j\u2019aurai d\u00fb comprendre d\u2019o\u00f9 ils venaient :  qu\u2019est-ce que cela veut dire \u00eatre journaliste en Chine ? Qu\u2019est-ce que la libert\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9crire ce qu\u2019on veut ?
