A peine arriv\u00e9e samedi midi, je me retrouve devant une horde de jeunes japonais que j\u2019identifie comme des fans gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur code vestimentaire semi-m\u00e9tal semi-kawaii (mignon en japonais). \n<p>En levant les yeux, je r\u00e9alise que je suis devant <em><a href=\"http:\/\/shibuya-o.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">O East<\/a><\/em>, un vaste complexe de bars et de salles de concerts. J\u2019apprendrai plus tard que le groupe derri\u00e8re l&rsquo;enseigne n&rsquo;est rien de moins qu&rsquo;un v\u00e9ritable empire qui domine largement l\u2019industrie du <em>live<\/em> au Japon. <\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, les groupes \u00e9trangers qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 une certaine aura s\u2019y produisent (\u00e0 des tarifs prohibitifs, environ 100 euros pour <em>Tortoise<\/em> par exemple) ainsi que des groupes locaux (comptez 24 euros pour un ticket).<br \/>\nComme beaucoup de choses au Japon, cela co\u00fbte cher d\u2019\u00eatre un fan, mais quand les japonais aiment quelque chose, ils y vont \u00e0 fond ! <\/p>\n<p>L\u2019idol\u00e2trie des vedettes et le f\u00e9tichisme avou\u00e9 des japonais font de l\u2019archipel un march\u00e9 \u00e0 part o\u00f9 toute sorte de niche ultra pointue a sa place : on y trouve des fans de Sylvie Vartan dans sa p\u00e9riode 60\u2019s, de <em>free jazz<\/em> am\u00e9ricain et de <em>dance hall<\/em> japonais. Tout est accessible pour que le fan puisse acqu\u00e9rir la panoplie compl\u00e8te qui correspond \u00e0 son idole : t-shirt, pins, mug, accessoires &#8211; j\u2019ai m\u00eame vu durant mon s\u00e9jour un pull tricot\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019effigie de <em>Kraftwerk<\/em> !<\/p>\n<p>Ayant moi-m\u00eame grandi sous la \u00ab\u00a0g\u00e9n\u00e9ration club Doroth\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb et ayant consomm\u00e9 pas mal de mangas et d\u2019anim\u00e9s dans mon enfance, je me suis toujours faite une id\u00e9e tr\u00e8s futuriste du Japon. Apr\u00e8s tout, ce sont eux qui ont mis \u00e0 la mode les robots et les concerts donn\u00e9s par des hologrammes.<br \/>\nEt pourtant il y a certains aspects de la vie et des loisirs japonais qui semblent rest\u00e9s coinc\u00e9s dans les ann\u00e9es 90 ! <\/p>\n<p>Le point le plus frappant est que les japonais fument encore dans les bars et les restaurants. L\u2019autre point, c\u2019est le constat que la musique au Japon est bien moins digitalis\u00e9e que dans nos contr\u00e9es occidentales. En effet le march\u00e9 japonais de la musique est encore largement physique, 80 % des revenus proviennent de la vente de cds, vinyles, DVD (et pour tout vous dire on peut m\u00eame encore louer des VHS) alors que les grands march\u00e9s comme celui des USA et de la Grande-Bretagne ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 largement bascul\u00e9 vers le <em>streaming<\/em> et le t\u00e9l\u00e9chargement.\t<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\t<div class=\"photo-text\" itemprop=\"image\" itemscope itemtype=\"http:\/\/schema.org\/ImageObject\">\n\t<figure>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/asialyst.com\/fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/JAPON-MUSIQUE-DISQUES.jpg\" class=\"article-image\" title=\"Une vue des bacs de Disk Union, Shibuya. Pour ma part, je pense que oui ; et c\u2019est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette manie que j\u2019ai pass\u00e9 une semaine merveilleuse chez les disquaires.<br \/>\nEt plut\u00f4t que de faire un papier sur l\u2019industrie musicale en tant que telle, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re partager avec vous les trouvailles que j\u2019ai faites dans ces diff\u00e9rents magasins gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019aide de vendeurs sp\u00e9cialistes comme il se fait rare de trouver en Europe.<br \/>\nMalgr\u00e9 leur timidit\u00e9, ma maitrise inexistante de la langue japonaise et leur anglais balbutiant, j\u2019ai r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 leur soutirer quelques p\u00e9pites, exclusivement japonaises, dans le but de vous faire d\u00e9couvrir les productions de l&rsquo;archipel nippon. L\u2019album ne sortira en France qu\u2019un an plus tard.\n<p>Tout dans la s\u00e9lection de ce vendeur montre l\u2019aura et l\u2019influence dont b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie le groupe <em>Yellow Magic Orchestra<\/em> chez n\u2019importe quel m\u00e9lomane japonais qui se respecte.<br \/>\nEn effet le groupe fond\u00e9 par le fameux Ryuichi Sakamoto et Haruomi Hosono \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 70 a profond\u00e9ment marqu\u00e9 les esprits au Japon par la grande originalit\u00e9 avec laquelle ses membres ont innov\u00e9 dans la musique \u00e9lectronique populaire, incorporant avec g\u00e9nie la technologie analogique des synth\u00e9s, s\u00e9quenceurs et samplers tout en inventant un son \u00ab\u00a0oriental\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0asiatique\u00a0\u00bb comme en r\u00eavaient les occidentaux. Quant \u00e0 sa carri\u00e8re jazz, il la d\u00e9bute pendant la guerre de Cor\u00e9e \u00e0 une \u00e9poque o\u00f9 le Japon regorgeait de militaires am\u00e9ricains qui ont largement contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 diffuser ce style musical.\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\t<strong>Chu Kosaka, <em>Bon Voyage<\/em>, tir\u00e9 de l\u2019album Horo, 1975.<\/strong>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\t<iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"100%\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/cxpXkFDUHOw\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"text\" itemprop=\"articleBody\">\n\t\tN\u00e9 en 1967, Chu Kosaka commence sa carri\u00e8re comme chanteur du groupe <em>April Fools<\/em> aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de Haruomi Hosono (avant <em>Yellow Magic Orchestra<\/em>). Il apparait dans la com\u00e9die musicale <em>Hair<\/em> quand elle arrive au Japon en 1969.<br \/>\nEn 1975, son album Horo parait et a un succ\u00e8s retentissant. Il est suivi d\u2019une tourn\u00e9e de 35 dates. La m\u00eame ann\u00e9e sa fille est sauv\u00e9e d\u2019une grave br\u00fblure, Kosaka y voit un miracle de Dieu et d\u00e9cide de d\u00e9dier sa vie \u00e0 J\u00e9sus.
